HEATING PROCESS
Fill a pot with water and bring to a simmer.

  • Remove the label from the pouch.

  • Place the pouch in the hot water.

  • Let it cook for 15-22 minutes for a Smalls pouch or 30 minutes for a Biggie.

  • Carefully remove the pouch from the water.

  • Open the pouch and check if the food is heated through.

  • Transfer the contents to a plate or bowl.

  • Serve and enjoy!
